we suppose to BBQ our meat over this~!! wass this call ? anyone can tell mi? the best part is the smoke will be suck to the edge and you won't smell at all ~!!!! haha** and that bowl of soup is spicy beancurd seafood soup~ well nt spicy at all and you really can taste the fresness of the seafood ~!!!
