10 Oct seems to be a good day! attand one engagement and one wedding! culture different! its a good experience, ive learn alot!

my dear friend Robby! he is offically engaged! =) 2pm we reached his wife-to-be (zarina) house i feel proud because i help him to carry the dowry well its different from the chinese! They exchange gifts like wallet and bags, Cake is a MUST. They give hamper as well and the only similar parts is they did give money! ha..
gift is all place on the floor and everyone find a good spot to sit and the prayer start.. bride is not suppose to come out of her room that day till everyone leave (i think) haha! after the prayer i was still sitting gong gong-ly on the floor while everyone rush to the bride's room to take picture with her! TILL robby nod his head than i realise! ORH can stand up le!

PS: i am the only chinese in the house~ the rest of them who came late was stuck outside! you cant imagine how many people is in there!!

RUSH to the room squeeze in abit they are all very kind they know i am chinese and i have never seen this before! they let me to stand closer to have a clearer view! the diff? can you tell?
its relative who put the ring on the bride's hand instead of the husband! cool huh! i learn something that day! took some picture and went outside for a wonderful lunch!
before we leave, i went to look for zarina's mum and pass her ang pow small gift from us! hee hee actually we dont know the ang pow is give to robby's mum or zarina's mum
we ask the seniors, than we know its for zarina family! =)

RUSH home and get myself prepare~ and to farrer park 千喜楼 for keng wah 's wedding!

难得 see him so handsome on that day~ usually he will be in polo tee.

he did a comic version of how he met his wife, being together, fight, propse and now happily married! which touched his wife! =)
